Apple Porridge Breakfast with Yoghurt

It’s so simple to make, tastes delicious and it’s a really quick and healthy breakfast for all the family to enjoy.

The night before, put porridge oats into a bowl and mix in a grated apple. Pour apple juice over the mixture to cover and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast with fruit and yoghurt. Delicious.
