Health Week 2018

We are having a great Health Week so far! Activities have included Mindfulness and Relaxation, Dance, Gymnastics and a healthy walk around the local area. Please follow us on Twitter to see photos and short clips from the week.

Our theme this year is ‘Health for All’; promoting the message that everybody should have equal access to a healthy lifestyle.

We are really enjoying our morning Wake and Shake sessions – thank you, Mrs Ali! These take place at 8.30am each day, with the exception of Thursday.
